Warranty

Written Warranty

30 day base warranty on all part unless otherwise stated in writing.
30-90 day warranty on engines and transmissions, contact for more details.
No warranty of any type on any wiring or pigtails.

Refund/ Return Policy

Unused or unneeded items may be returned for store credit or a refund subject to a restocking fee up to 25%.
All warranties are on a replacement basis. If, and only if, a replacement cannot be provided will a refund be issued. No refunds on special order items, replacement or store credit only.

Engines

New timing belts, seals, gaskets must be installed. No warranty on labor. No warranty on components. Any performance modifications, competition or off highway use voids warranty. Any unauthorized modification or disassembly of part voids warranty. No warranty on labor.

Transmissions

All seals must be replaced and new filter kit installed. An aftermarket transmission cooler must be installed, bypassing radiator cooler, or warranty will be voided. Any performance modifications, competition or off highway use voids warranty. Any unauthorized modification or disassembly of part voids warranty. No warranty on labor.

Cylinder Heads

Cylinder heads are guaranteed against cracks and excessive warping. Cylinder heads are required to be taken to a machine shop and inspected, not guaranteed to be good when bolted on with out proper inspection and/or machining. No guarantee on valves. Any performance modifications, competition or off highway use voids warranty. Any unauthorized modification or disassembly of part voids warranty. No warranty on machining, inspection, or labor costs.

A/C Compressors

Compressor must installed and serviced by a certified mechanic. System must be properly evacuated and flushed. A new dryer and orifice tube, or other filtering device, must be installed. Any unauthorized modification or disassembly of part voids warranty. No warranty on labor.

Electrical Items

No refund on electrical parts, replacement or credit only. All electrical parts warranted to be in good working condition unless otherwise noted. No warranty of any type on any wiring or pigtails. Any performance modifications, competition or off highway use voids warranty. Any unauthorized modification or disassembly of part voids warranty. No warranty on labor.

Body Parts

Body Parts are sold on an ‘as described’ basis. No guarantee or warranty on finish or color. All sales on cuts and body parts are final.

What Is Not Covered

Warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from:

• Failure due to accident or collision
• Improper installation of the part
• Misuse, abuse, modification, vehicles used off-road or for racing purposes
• Chemical fallout, tree sap, salt, hail, or other environmental conditions
• Unauthorized disassembly voids warranty
• Misdiagnosis or pre existing issues within the vehicle
• No warranty on labor

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SUCH AS PHYSICAL INJURIES OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOSS OF TIME, LOSS OF USE OF THE VEHICLE, INCONVENIENCE, RENTAL VEHICLE CHARGES, TOWING CHARGES OR ACCOMMODATIONS RESULTING FROM THE FAILURE OF THE PART.

Legal

This limited warranty represents the exclusive remedy for warranty failure and the total liability of Central Florida Auto Salvage for any part it warrants. Central Florida Auto Salvage MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Some states do not allow disclaimers of implied warranties. Therefore all implied warranties that may apply to your part are limited to the duration of this written warranty. Some states also do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts so the above information may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific rights and you may have other rights which vary from state to state. Central Florida Auto Salvage does not authorize any person to vary the terms, conditions or exclusions of this warranty. If any provision of the warranty should become invalid or unenforceable because of any laws, the remaining terms and provisions of the warranty shall remain in full force and effect.
